Job Summary
We are looking for a highly experienced Senior Salesforce Developer with 8+ years of hands-on experience in designing, developing, and implementing Salesforce solutions. The ideal candidate will play a key role in translating business requirements into scalable Salesforce applications, leading technical design, and mentoring junior developers.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and implement custom Salesforce solutions using Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and Aura.
- Lead end-to-end Salesforce development lifecycle including requirement analysis, design, development, testing, and deployment.
- Customize standard Salesforce objects and create custom objects, workflows, validation rules, flows, and triggers.
- Integrate Salesforce with external systems using REST/SOAP APIs.
- Ensure code quality, performance optimization, and security best practices.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders, architects, and functional consultants to deliver effective solutions.
- Perform code reviews and mentor junior developers.
- Support production issues and implement enhancements as required.
- Stay up to date with Salesforce releases and recommend improvements.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- 8+ years of experience in Salesforce development.
- Salesforce Certifications (Platform Developer I/II, Application Architect, etc.).
- Strong expertise in Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components (LWC).
- Hands-on experience with Sales Cloud and Service Cloud.
- Experience with Salesforce integrations, APIs, and middleware tools.
- Solid understanding of Salesforce security model, sharing rules, and governor limits.
- Experience with CI/CD, deployment tools, and version control.
- Strong problem-solving and debugging skills.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Good to Have
- Experience with Experience Cloud, CPQ, or Marketing Cloud.
- Exposure to Agile / Scrum environments.
- Prior experience in leading teams or acting as a technical architect.
