Position: Senior Salesforce Developer
Location: Chennai - Onsite/Hybrid/Remote
Shift Timing: 3.00AM - 12.00PM PST (US Pacific Time)

About the role: This role is a hands-on technical position focused on building, customizing, and integrating solutions on the Salesforce platform to support business operations (Sales, Service, and customer workflows).
Key Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and implement scalable solutions on the Salesforce platform
- Work closely with stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical solutions
- Develop and customize applications using Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning Components
- Integrate Salesforce with external systems using REST, SOAP, and Bulk APIs
- Participate in system design, development, testing, and deployment activities
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams in a global delivery environment
Required Skills:
- Strong understanding of Salesforce fundamentals (Data Model, Security, Application architecture)
- Hands-on experience with Sales Cloud & Service Cloud
- Expertise in Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning Framework (LWC/Aura)
- Experience in HTML, CSS, JavaScript
- Good exposure to Salesforce APIs (REST, SOAP, Bulk API)
- Understanding of integration patterns & middleware tools
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to work independently and in a fast-paced, global team
- Experience working in Agile environments
