About the Role
We are hiring hands-on Salesforce Developers who are excited to work on next-generation AI-powered Salesforce implementations using Agentforce, Data Cloud, and strong integration foundations (MuleSoft / APIs).
You will be part of a lean, high-impact team building Agentic workflows, enabling AI-ready Salesforce platforms, and delivering modern CRM architectures for enterprise clients.
This is not routine Salesforce development. This role focuses on:
Salesforce + AI + Integration + Automation
What You Will Work On
Agentforce & AI Enablement
- Configure and implement Agentforce agents (Sales, Service, custom agents)
- Define prompt patterns, guardrails, and evaluation flows
- Build human-in-the-loop workflows and orchestrations
- Enable AI use cases using Data Cloud + Salesforce objects
Salesforce Multi-Cloud Development
- Hands-on development in Sales Cloud, Service Cloud
- Apex, LWC, Flows, Triggers, Integrations
- Data modeling, security, sharing, performance optimization
Integration & API Work
- Build integrations using REST/SOAP APIs
- Work with MuleSoft or middleware for system connectivity
- Prepare Salesforce for AI-readiness via clean data and API exposure
DevOps & Quality
- Work with Copado / CI-CD / Git
- Follow release governance, code quality, and reusable component design
- Participate in architecture and design discussions
Required Skills & Experience
Core Salesforce
- 48 years of Salesforce development experience
- Strong in Apex, LWC, Flows, APIs
- Experience with Sales Cloud and Service Cloud
- Good understanding of data model, sharing, security
Agentforce / AI (Must Have Exposure)
- Hands-on or implementation exposure to Agentforce
- Understanding of prompts, agents, orchestration, guardrails
- Exposure to Data Cloud concepts is a strong plus
Integration Mindset
- Experience working with external systems via APIs
- Understanding of middleware / event-driven architecture
- MuleSoft exposure is a big plus
DevOps & Delivery
- Experience with Copado / Git / CI-CD
- Agile/Scrum delivery experience
- Strong debugging and troubleshooting skills
Preferred Qualifications
- Salesforce certifications (PD1/PD2, App Architect path preferred)
- Experience in Telecom, Retail, Manufacturing, Financial Services, or SaaS
- Exposure to Salesforce partner ecosystem projects
- Understanding of AI governance, data quality, and platform readiness
