Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Salesforce Test Engineer with strong expertise in both manual and automation testing. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience testing Salesforce platforms, including Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Field Service Lightning, and will work closely with Agile teams to ensure the delivery of high-quality Salesforce solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, execute, and maintain test cases for Salesforce applications
- Perform manual and automated testing for Salesforce Classic and Lightning
- Validate Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Field Service Lightning functionalities
- Collaborate with developers, product owners, and business analysts in Agile environments
- Identify, document, and track defects using test management tools
- Support CI/CD pipelines and ensure quality throughout release cycles
- Work independently while managing multiple testing priorities effectively
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
- 7+ years of overall QA/testing experience
- 4+ years of Salesforce testing experience
- Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience with Field Service Lightning
- Strong knowledge of:
- Salesforce Sales Cloud & Service Cloud
- Salesforce Classic and Lightning Experience
- Experience with SAP and Informatica
- Proficiency in test automation tools such as Selenium or Tosca
- Hands-on experience with CI/CD tools: Jenkins, Git, GitHub, Bitbucket
- Working knowledge of test management tools such as Jira, TestRail, ALM, or similar
- Excellent analytical, communication, and collaboration skills
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
