Senior Salesforce Developer

• Develop custom applications using LWC, Apex, and Visualforce.
• Design and implement solutions within Financial Services Cloud (FSC).
• Build and manage integrations with external systems using REST/SOAP APIs and Platform Events.
• Optimize performance with efficient SOQL/SOSL queries and bulk data processing.
• Ensure compliance with Salesforce Governor Limits and best practices.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and deliver high-quality solutions.
• Participate in Agile ceremonies and contribute to sprint planning and retrospectives.
• Provide support for offer-related and HR tasks as needed.

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field.
• 5+ years of Salesforce development experience, including 2+ years with FSC.
• Strong proficiency in LWC, Apex, JavaScript, HTML, and CSS.
• Experience with Salesforce integration frameworks and tools like MuleSoft, Informatica, or Flosum.
• Familiarity with tools like GenAI, AgentForce, Docusign, and Conga Contracts is a plus.
• Salesforce certifications (Platform Developer I/II, FSC Consultant) preferred.
