The qualifications you need:
- 4+ years of hands-on work as a Salesforce Developer
- Salesforce Certified Platform Developer I (required)
- Knowledge of Salesforce Service Cloud and its key capabilities (preferred)
- Skilled in Certinia PSA administration and development (a plus)
- Background working in Agile/Scrum teams, using tools like Jira
- Proficient in managing Salesforce deployments across development, UAT, and production environments using Copado or similar DevOps tools
- Solid understanding of platform architecture, data modeling, and integration best practices
- Familiarity with REST/SOAP APIs and external system integrations
- Excellent problem-solving, communication, and documentation skills
- Strong English skills and comfort working with international, cross-functional teams
