We are seeking a
Senior Salesforce Developer to join our client-facing delivery teams and lead the design and development of scalable Salesforce solutions. In this role, you will work closely with architects, business stakeholders, and engineers to build high-quality, performant, and secure applications on the Salesforce platform.
You will play a key role in
technical design, development leadership, and delivery execution, while contributing to reusable frameworks, best practices, and engineering standards across our Salesforce ecosystem.
Key Responsibilities
Solution Design & Development
- Design and implement scalable Salesforce solutions using Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Components, and Lightning Web Components (LWC)
- Translate business requirements into robust technical designs and implementations
- Optimize existing Salesforce implementations for performance, scalability, and maintainability
Technical Leadership & Code Quality
- Review and approve technical designs and code written by development teams
- Conduct code reviews to ensure adherence to coding standards and security best practices
- Establish and promote development standards and best practices
- Mentor and guide junior developers, fostering knowledge sharing and technical growth
Integration & Architecture
- Develop and manage integrations between Salesforce and external systems using APIs and middleware
- Contribute to enterprise architecture discussions and solution design decisions
- Ensure scalable and secure integration patterns across systems
Collaboration & Delivery
- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions
- Support presales efforts with technical architecture and solution design inputs
- Work closely with cross-functional teams across Salesforce, cloud, and integration layers
Requirements
Required Qualifications & Skills
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field (Master's preferred)
- 6+ years of experience in Salesforce development with strong hands-on experience with:
- Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Components, Lightning Web Components (LWC)
- Salesforce customization (workflows, process builder, validation rules, automation)
- Experience with:
- Salesforce APIs and enterprise-scale integrations
- Building scalable and high-performance Salesforce applications
- Salesforce certifications: Platform Developer II, Platform App Builder
- Willingness to support in NA shift
- Proven ability to mentor and lead development teams
- Strong problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills
- Experience with Salesforce DX and version control (Git), CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices and AWS integrations and cloud-native architectures is preferred.
