Design, develop, and optimize solutions in Salesforce Sales Cloud, Experience Cloud, and Service Cloud.
Configure Flow, Process Builder, and Validation Rules to automate business processes.
Hands-on experience in Aura, Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Visualforce, and SOQL/SOSL.
Experience integrating Salesforce with external applications via REST, SOAP, and middleware solutions
Strong understanding of B2B and B2C processes in Salesforce environments.
Knowledge of Salesforce DevOps, CI/CD pipelines, and version control systems (SFDX, Copado, Git, Bitbucket, etc.).
Deep understanding of features like Omni-Channel, Entitlements, CTI Integration, and Service Console.
Knowledge of JavaScript, HTML, CSS for front-end development within Salesforce.

Qualifications

Salesforce Certifications : Salesforce Certified Administrator (ADM 201), Salesforce Certified Platform App Builder, or equivalent certifications. Advanced certifications like Salesforce Certified Technical Architect or Consultant certifications are a plus.
Project Management : Experience managing projects end-to-end, including budget, timeline, and resource allocation.
Client-Facing Skills : Strong experience in managing client communications, expectations, and delivering business value through Salesforce solutions.
Technical Expertise : Expertise in Salesforce configuration, customization (Apex, Visualforce, Lightning components), integrations, and data migration.
Leadership Skills : Proven ability to lead teams, manage and mentor junior consultants, and foster a collaborative working environment.
Communication : Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to convey technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
Problem-Solving : Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills, with the ability to think critically and deliver solutions under pressure.
