Senior Salesforce CPQ

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Salesforce CPQ Consultant with 7-12 years of experience to support and enhance Salesforce CPQ operations. The ideal candidate will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure accurate configuration, pricing, and quoting while troubleshooting and optimizing CPQ processes. This is a remote role with collaboration across sales, finance, and IT teams.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Provide end-to-end support for Salesforce CPQ users, addressing inquiries and resolving system issues.
• Collaborate with sales, finance, and IT teams to gather requirements and ensure accurate product configuration and pricing in CPQ.
• Assist in the implementation and customization of Salesforce CPQ, including product catalog setup, price rules, and quote templates.
• Troubleshoot and resolve CPQ-related issues, such as quote generation errors, pricing discrepancies, and product configuration challenges.
• Monitor CPQ performance and system health, proactively identifying and resolving inefficiencies.
• Document standard operating procedures and best practices for CPQ operations.
• Stay up to date with Salesforce CPQ releases, features, and enhancements, recommending improvements and optimizations.

Requirements:

• Hands-on experience in Salesforce CPQ operations or support.
• Strong understanding of Salesforce CPQ functionality, including product configuration, pricing, and quoting processes.
• Experience with Salesforce Sales Cloud and Salesforce CPQ integration.
• Proficiency in troubleshooting and resolving CPQ-related issues.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Strong communication skills to interact with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Experience integrating Salesforce CPQ with platforms like SendGrid for automated email processes.
• Salesforce CPQ certification is a plus.
