Key Responsibilities
Design & Development
- Architect and implement scalable solutions across Sales Cloud and Salesforce CPQ.Develop high-quality Apex classes, triggers, Lightning Web Components (LWCs),Visual Force Pages, flows, and integrations, Test classes.
- Translate complex business requirements into technical specifications and working solutions.
- Ensure best practices for performance, security, maintainability, and reusability.
Systems Management & Governance
- Maintain platform health, including monitoring, troubleshooting, and performance tuning.
- Oversee code reviews, testing, version control, and DevOps pipelines.
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of Salesforce development experience, with deep expertise in Sales Cloud and Salesforce CPQ.
- Strong proficiency in Apex, Lightning Web Components, SOQL/SOSL, and Salesforce integrations (REST/SOAP).
- Advanced understanding of CPQ data models, quoting flows, product rules, pricing methods, and approval processes.
- Demonstrated ability to lead technical design efforts and deliver scalable, maintainable solutions.
- Strong process orientation with experience mapping, optimizing, and automating sales workflows.
- Hands-on experience with DevOps/CI-CD tools (e.g., Copado, Gearset, Git).
- Salesforce certifications such as Platform Developer I/II, Sales Cloud Consultant, or CPQ Specialist strongly preferred.
