Omniskope is a Salesforce consulting and digital transformation firm delivering complex Salesforce solutions for enterprise clients. We are looking for a Senior Salesforce Business Analyst who goes beyond documentation — someone who can lead discovery sessions, think in solutions, and shape scalable Salesforce designs
.
This role requires an individual who can confidently engage senior business stakeholders, challenge requirements where needed, and work with a solution-architecture mindset while maintaining strong functional ownership within the Salesforce ecosystem.
Responsibilities:
- Lead end-to-end requirement gathering and discovery workshops with business, operations, and leadership stakeholders.
- Run structured discovery sessions to understand current-state processes, pain points, and future-state objectives.
- Translate business needs into well-defined user stories, functional designs, and acceptance criteria.
- Apply solution-architecture thinking to recommend scalable, maintainable Salesforce designs
- Design and validate Service Cloud solutions including case lifecycle, Omni-Channel, CTI, email-to-case, entitlements, knowledge, and reporting.
- Drive Field Service Lightning design covering work orders, service appointments, scheduling, dispatch, mobile workforce, assets, and inventory.
- Collaborate closely with Solution Architects and Developers to ensure functional integrity and optimal platform usage.
- Review technical designs to ensure alignment with business requirements and Salesforce best practices.
- Support UAT strategy, test scenarios, defect triage, and business sign-off.
- Act as a trusted functional advisor to clients, recommending platform capabilities over custom solutions.
Required Qualifications:
- 7–12 years of experience as a Salesforce Business Analyst or Functional Consultant.
- Exceptional requirement gathering and discovery facilitation skills.
- Strong solution-design mindset with the ability to think beyond what is asked to what should be built.
- Deep functional understanding of Salesforce Service Cloud and Field Service Lightning (FSL).
- Solid knowledge of Salesforce core platform features including data model, security, flows, automation, and reporting.
- Experience working in Agile/Scrum delivery environments.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to influence stakeholders and drive clarity.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision in complex consulting engagements.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Salesforce certifications such as Service Cloud Consultant, Field Service Lightning accreditation, or Salesforce Administrator.
- Experience working with Salesforce consulting partners or system integrators.
- Experience supporting enterprise-scale or multi-org Salesforce implementations.
- Ability to mentor junior BAs and support pre-sales discovery or solution workshops.
