Title: Senior Salesforce Administrator

We are seeking an experienced Senior Salesforce Administrator to lead the configuration, optimization, and ongoing management of our Salesforce platform. This role requires deep expertise in Salesforce administration, automation, security, and user enablement, along with the ability to partner closely with business stakeholders to translate requirements into scalable Salesforce solutions.
Responsibilities:
- Own end-to-end Salesforce administration including setup, configuration, and optimization
- Design and manage Flows, Validation Rules, Approval Processes, and Automation
- Administer Users, Profiles, Permission Sets, Roles, and Sharing Rules
- Maintain and enhance Salesforce data quality, data loads, and governance standards
- Act as the primary point of contact for Salesforce support and troubleshooting
- Partner with business teams to gather requirements and recommend best-practice solutions
- Manage release cycles, sandbox environments, and deployments
- Monitor platform health, adoption, and usage metrics
- Ensure compliance with security, audit, and data privacy requirements
- Create and maintain documentation, training materials, and admin runbooks
- Mentor junior administrators and act as a Salesforce SME
Requirements:
- Strong hands-on experience as a Salesforce Administrator (Senior level)
- Deep expertise in:
- Flows (Screen, Record-Triggered, Scheduled)
- Profiles, Permission Sets, Permission Set Groups
- Reports and Dashboards
- Strong understanding of Salesforce data model and security architecture
- Experience supporting Sales Cloud and/or Service Cloud
- Solid knowledge of Change Sets / DevOps tools (Gearset, Copado, or SFDX)
- Ability to troubleshoot complex issues and optimize performance
- Experience working in Agile or fast-paced enterprise environments
Good to have Salesforce Certifications:
- Advanced Administrator
- Platform App Builder
- Sales Cloud / Service Cloud Consultant
- Experience working with Experience Cloud
- Exposure to Apex, SOQL, and basic Lightning concepts (admin-developer collaboration)
- Knowledge of Einstein features, Omni-Channel, or CTI integrations
