Job Summary We are seeking a results-driven Senior Sales Specialist to lead B2B sales expansion remotely. The role focuses on onboarding and managing key food aggregators, quick-commerce platforms, and retail partners , convincing them to list and prominently feature Al Owaid Honey products. You will also maintain and grow relationships with existing outlets using Odoo CRM, drive revenue growth, and build long-term partnerships in the F&B and health & wellness sectors.
Key Responsibilities
- Prospect, research, and outbound to potential B2B clients (food delivery aggregators, quick-commerce platforms, health retailers, supermarkets, and distributors).
- Pitch and negotiate partnerships to integrate Al Owaid Honey products into their platforms/menus for increased visibility and sales.
- Manage and nurture existing client relationships through Odoo CRM system track interactions, orders, performance, and resolve issues promptly.
- Schedule and conduct virtual meetings via Zoom, email follow-ups, and presentations to close deals.
- Achieve monthly/quarterly sales targets and revenue goals.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to refine sales strategies.
- Prepare regular sales reports, forecasts, and pipeline updates for management.
Requirements
- Minimum 2+ years of proven experience in sales (B2B preferred).
- Strong preference for experience in Food & Beverage (F&B)
- Demonstrated B2B sales track record ideally selling to retailers, platforms, aggregators, or distributors.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills in English.
- Comfortable with remote work tools: Zoom, email, LinkedIn, and CRM systems .
- Self-motivated, proactive, and target-oriented with strong outbound prospecting skills.
- Ability to work independently in a fully remote setup.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field preferred.
