Role Overview
Novac Technology Solutions is seeking an accomplished Sales Professional (Individual Contributor) with extensive expertise in selling core Insurance software or Insure-tech applications. The ideal candidate will possess over 15 years of proven experience in enterprise software sales, with a strong background in international markets—preferably the Middle East, Africa, and APAC regions. This role requires a strategic sales mind-set, exceptional relationship-building skills, and mastery of the complete enterprise sales lifecycle.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end enterprise sales of core insurance software and insure-tech solutions.
- Identify, prospect, and acquire new clients across insurance carriers, brokers, and digital insurance ecosystems within target regions.
- Manage the full sales cycle: lead generation, qualification, solution presentation, proposal development, pricing negotiations, and deal closure.
- Cultivate and maintain trusted relationships with CXOs, senior executives, and decision-makers in the insurance industry.
- Maintain a deep understanding of product offerings, industry trends, competitors, and client needs to provide strategic insights.
- Collaborate effectively with pre-sales, product, delivery, marketing, and leadership teams to ensure seamless deal execution.
- Develop and implement regional sales strategies to achieve quarterly and annual revenue targets.
- Monitor market trends and contribute insights to inform product development and market positioning strategies.
- Maintain accurate sales pipelines, forecasts, and CRM data to ensure effective reporting and planning.
- Represent Novac Technology Solutions at industry events, conferences, and client meetings to enhance brand presence and generate leads.
