We are looking for a
strong Hunter Sales Leader who thrives on identifying, pursuing, and closing new business opportunities.
Core Profile & Expectations
- Must be a true hunter – someone who genuinely enjoys opening new logos, building new relationships, and converting them into long-term accounts.
- Proven ability to acquire new clients independently, stabilize the relationship, and then transition the account to an Account Manager / Senior Sales Manager for ongoing growth.
- Strong exposure to the Indian enterprise market is mandatory.
- Should have good comfort and working familiarity with the South East Asian market.
- Must have consistently carried and achieved at least USD 3M+ annual revenue targets in recent years, primarily driven through self-generated leads and direct hunting efforts.
- Minimum 16+ years of experience in enterprise IT services sales.
- MBA from a reputed institution is preferred.
What He/She Must Have
- He/she must be very strongly embedded into MS Partnership ecosystems
- Must have a strong pipeline that he/she can unlock immediately
- Excellent communication and hunger for growth
What We Specifically Want To Avoid
- Relationship-only managers without strong hunting DNA or someone without relationship.
- Candidates dependent solely on inbound leads or large marketing-driven pipelines.
- Pure account farmers without new logo acquisition track record. Right now, we DONOT need people who are account managers.
