About this role:
The Sales Operations Executive plays a key role in supporting the sales team by ensuring accurate sales data management, order processing, and financial reconciliation. This position is responsible for maintaining and updating sales records in CRM/SAP systems, tracking sales orders, and ensuring all transactions are processed efficiently and in compliance with company policies.
The role involves close coordination with sales, finance, and internal stakeholders to reconcile customer accounts, verify invoices, and resolve discrepancies in a timely manner. The Sales Operations Executive also supports internal and external audits by preparing and providing required documentation related to sales orders, payments, and customer transactions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Sales Data Management: Accurately maintain sales data in CRM/SAP to ensure timely and accurate reporting.
- Order Tracking: Monitor and track sales orders, ensuring all transactions are recorded and processed efficiently.
- Sales Entry: Input sales-related information into CRM/SAP based on confirmations, invoices, and other documents.
- Reconciliation: Conduct reconciliations of sales records, customer accounts, and invoices to identify discrepancies and resolve issues promptly.
- Documentation: Prepare documents related to sales orders, payments, and customer transactions, ensuring compliance with internal and external policies.
- Audit Support: Assist in sales-related audits by providing necessary documentation and information as requested.
- Additional Tasks: Perform any other duties assigned by the manager to support the sales team and overall organizational goals.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Commerce, Finance, or related field preferred.
- Proficiency in CRM, SAP, or similar ERP systems is highly desirable.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
