Job Description

About the role:

We are seeking a Senior Sales & Marketing Manager to drive B2B growth through lead generation and account management. The role focuses on customer acquisition and digital marketing within the Oil & Gas/ Offshore/ Marine sectors. Candidates must have a strong background in industrial engineering service environments.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Generate and qualify international and domestic B2B leads to acquire new customers.
  • Conduct sales calls, meetings, and presentations to convert prospects into long-term accounts.
  • Visit clients regularly to understand requirements, build trust, and achieve revenue targets.
  • Manage key accounts as the primary point of contact to ensure high customer satisfaction
  • Execute B2B marketing strategies, including LinkedIn campaigns, email marketing, and lead generation.
  • Track sales and marketing performance metrics to optimize growth campaigns.
  • Represent the company at trade shows, job fairs, and industry events for brand promotion.
  • Monitor Oil & Gas/ Offshore/ Marine market trends to identify new opportunities.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely service fulfilment and delivery.
  • Build and maintain strategic relationships with industry stakeholders and partners.

Requirements:

  • BTech in a related discipline or Bachelor's in Business Administration; MBA preferred.
  • Minimum 5+ years of mandatory experience in Sales/Marketing/Business Development within the Oil & Gas/ Offshore/ Marine sectors.
  • Proven track record in acquiring and managing B2B clients within technical and engineering environments.
  • Preferred experience dealing with EPC contractors, shipyards, refineries, or industrial clients.
  • Strong understanding of engineering services, project lifecycles, and industrial business practices.
  • Familiarity with digital marketing tools and online lead generation.
  • Demonstrated success in lead generation, sales acquisition, customer engagement, and account management.
  • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Willingness to travel domestically for customer visits and business development activities.
  • Self-motivated, target-driven, and capable of working independently to meet goals.
