Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Senior Sales Marketing Manager based in Hyderabad. The Senior Sales Marketing Manager will oversee sales strategies, create and execute marketing campaigns, and foster client relationships. Responsibilities include developing sales plans, leading marketing initiatives, analyzing market trends, and identifying new business opportunities. The role also involves managing a team and collaborating with cross-functional departments to achieve business goals.

Lead to drive business development within the Tamil Nadu political ecosystem. This is not a traditional corporate sales role; it requires a deep understanding of the Dravidian political landscape, impeccable command over the Tamil language (both formal and colloquial), and the ability to navigate complex hierarchies

Qualifications

  • Native fluency in Tamil is non-negotiable. Must be able to switch between Senthamil (formal/respectful) for leaders and colloquial dialects for ground-level functionaries. Professional proficiency in English is required.
  • Proven experience in Sales Management, Business Development, and Client Relationship Management
  • Strong expertise in Marketing, Digital Marketing, and Campaign Strategy
  • Ability to analyze Market Trends, conduct Competitive Analysis, and identify growth opportunities
  • Team Management and Leadership skills to guide and motivate a diverse team
  • Excellent Communication, Negotiation, and Presentation skills
  • Proficiency in CRM software and data analysis tools is an advantage
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Knowledge of grassroots or political data platforms is a plus
