Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Senior Sales Marketing Manager located in Gurugram. The Senior Sales Marketing Manager will be responsible for strategizing and executing marketing campaigns, leading a high-performing sales team, and building strong client relationships. The role involves achieving sales targets, identifying new business opportunities, collaborating with stakeholders to create innovative marketing strategies, and conducting market research to drive business growth. The manager will also mentor and train team members to ensure collective success.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in Sales Strategy, Client Relationship Management, and New Business Development
  • Expertise in Digital Marketing, Social Media Marketing, and Campaign Management
  • Strong skills in Market Research, Competitive Analysis, and Consumer Insights
  • Leadership and Team Management capabilities, including mentoring and training
  • Excellent Communication and Negotiation skills
  • Proficiency in tools and platforms for CRM and marketing analytics
  • Ability to work on-site in Gurugram on a full-time basis
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field; MBA is a plus
  • Previous experience in the real estate sector is highly desirable
