Job Description

IoTechWorld Avigation Pvt Ltd is a drone manufacturing company located at Gurgaon (www.iotechworld.com). We are looking for a Senior Sales & Marketing Executive and the ideal candidate will be responsible for developing, managing, executing and analyzing Company's Sales and Marketing for drones and its components. You will also collaborate with other business partners and internal teams to develop a marketing strategy and plan. This position is great for someone who is both analytical and creative.

Qualifications

  • MBA in Sales & Marketing,
  • 2+ years of experience mainly in Sales

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans for drone and its components (motors, propellers, pumps, PCBs, flight controllers, GPS/GNSS, etc.) for India and International Market.
  • Identify new business opportunities in agriculture, defense, industrial and enterprise drone sectors.
  • Work with marketing teams on product promotions, exhibitions, dealer meets, and digital campaigns to boost drone & components sales.
  • Conduct market analysis to track competitor movement, pricing trends, and emerging technologies.
  • Ensure channel partners meet sales forecasts and brand standards.
  • Drive cross-selling and upselling of components across OEM product lines.
  • Handle negotiations, commercial discussions, and long-term supply agreements.
  • Monitor inventory and Coordinate with production, design, and supply chain teams for timely delivery and customization requirements.
  • Digital Campaign & CRM handle: Plan and execute campaigns, email marketing, and CRM database management.
  • Excellent communication, Analytical & problem-solving abilities and interpersonal skills.

Salary
