Job SummaryWe are looking for a high-performing Senior Sales Manager to lead the end-to-end sales function across multiple real estate projects. The ideal candidate will be responsible for achieving project sales targets, managing client relationships, mentoring the sales team, and ensuring superior customer experience from enquiry to handover. This role demands a strong understanding of the real estate market, buyer psychology, and consultative sales processes.
Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop and execute comprehensive sales strategies to achieve company objectives and expand market reach. This involves setting sales quotas, analyzing market trends, and adjusting tactics accordingly.
Lead, mentor, and manage a team of real estate agents. This includes hiring, training, and performance management to ensure the team meets and exceeds sales targets.
Generate sales through new and existing clients, negotiate terms, and close deals to meet revenue goals. Manage end-to-end sales operations including lead qualification, site visits, negotiations, and closure.
Collaborate with marketing and CRM teams to ensure consistent lead flow, tracking, and follow-up.
Conduct market research, stay updated on local market trends, and provide clients with accurate property valuations and insights.
Oversee pre-sales documentation, booking processes, and coordination with legal and finance teams.
Maintain client databases and CRM systems, prepare competitive offers, and assist with closing procedures, including documentation and legal requirements.
Maintain accurate and updated MIS reports on leads, conversions, and revenue pipeline.
Support management in pricing, offers, and promotional strategy decisions.
Represent the brand professionally at industry events and networking forums.
