This is a full-time, on-site role for a Business Development Executive located at Bengaluru. The role involves identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, generating leads, and maintaining strong client relationships. Daily responsibilities include networking with potential clients, managing accounts, providing support to current clients, and working to achieve sales targets and organizational growth objectives. As a Business Development Executive, you will play a vital role in driving business growth and expanding client networks.

• Proven experience in New Business Development and Lead Generation to identify and initiate growth opportunities.
• Strong skills in Business operations and Account Management to ensure successful client support and retention.
• Exceptional Communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration and relationship building with clients and colleagues.
• Ability to analyze market trends and develop sales strategies to achieve targets and objectives.
• Relevant experience in sales or business development roles is preferred.
• Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and organized with the ability to work in a dynamic environment.
