Role Overview:

We are seeking a driven and experienced Senior Sales Manager / Regional Sales Manager to lead our direct-to- consumer sales efforts across modular homes, vacation rentals, and plotted development projects. This is a high- impact role where you will own the lead journey from inquiry to closing, showcase our model homes, and represent the brand to high-intent clients.

Key Responsibilities:

Sales Ownership

  • Manage and convert warm inbound leads across D2C homes, farm plot developments, and hospitality cabins
  • Build relationships with HNIs, developers, and hospitality clients
  • Conduct client walkthroughs at our model home near Bangalore Airport

Client Experience

  • Understand client needs and educate them on design, timelines, pricing, and prefab technology
  • Collaborate with the design and project teams for customized proposals

CRM & Sales Tools

  • Use and update CRM systems daily (Hubspot/Zoho)
  • Track the entire sales pipeline from inquiry, site visit, proposal, follow-up to closure

Revenue Growth

  • Meet monthly sales targets across modular homes and land-home offerings
  • Upsell standard home upgrades and interior packages

Team Collaboration

  • Work closely with Inside Sales, Marketing, and Architecture teams to convert quality leads
  • Participate in weekly reviews and pipeline forecasting

Who You Are:

  • 68 years of experience in real estate, construction, or hospitality sales
  • Proven track record in selling high-value properties, villas, prefab homes, or resort experiences
  • Enthusiastic about architecture, sustainability, and modern housing
  • Strong communicator with confidence to manage HNI clients and developers
  • Willing to travel to model homes near the airport and potential project sites
  • Eager to adopt CRM tools and structured sales processes

Bonus Points If You Have:

  • Experience with modular construction, prefab homes, or D2C product sales
  • Understanding of architecture/design basics Worked in fast-scaling startups or premium hospitality brands
