Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Sales Manager based in Delhi/NCR. The role will be responsible for identifying and acquiring new business opportunities within the startup ecosystem, maintaining strong client relationships, and structuring risk management and insurance solutions tailored to dynamic business needs. Responsibilities include working closely with stakeholders to develop innovative strategies, and ensuring high service standards to meet client expectations.

Qualifications

  • At least 2-3 years of experience in sales/business development for an insurance company or an insurance intermediary (broker, corporate agency etc.)
  • Proficiency in leveraging digital tools and platforms to drive business operations
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills
  • Ability to work independently while collaborating with cross-functional teams
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Finance, Insurance, or a related field
  • Understanding of risk consulting and insurance solutions, particularly for emerging businesses is a MUST
  • Salary Budget for this role is 15-20L per annum so only apply if this fits your current CTC
