Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Ahmedabad for a Senior Sales Manager. The Senior Sales Manager will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies to drive revenue growth, managing and expanding the client portfolio, and building strong relationships with key stakeholders. The role includes leading and mentoring the sales team, identifying market opportunities, analyzing sales performance, and meeting sales targets to achieve business goals.

  • Strong sales acumen, client relationship building, and negotiation skills
  • Proficiency in crafting market strategies and identifying growth opportunities
  • Experience in team leadership, mentoring, and performance analysis
  • Demonstrated ability in business development and closing deals
  • Effective communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven dynamic environment
  • Must have 2 year of Sales experience in D2C marketing agency.
  • Experience in the D2C media agency industry is a must.
  • Salary upto 12 LPA ( Incentives included only for right candidate)
