Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role based in Bengaluru for a Senior Sales Manager. The Senior Sales Manager will lead sales initiatives, develop and implement sales strategies, and manage client relationships to achieve business goals. The responsibilities include identifying new business opportunities, conducting market analysis, overseeing negotiations, and ensuring customer satisfaction. The candidate will collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet sales targets and provide valuable insights to drive growth.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in Real Estate Sales, Business Development, and Client Relationship Management
  • Should be ready for the individual contributor role
  • Strong skills in Negotiation, Market Analysis, and Strategic Planning
  • Excellent Communication, Presentation skill.
  • Proficiency in CRM software tools and an aptitude for data-driven decision-making
  • Ability to work effectively under pressure in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
  • Experience in the real estate sector is highly preferred
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Management, Marketing, or a related field
  • Team-oriented with a commitment to delivering exceptional customer service
