Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Ahmedabad for a Senior Sales executive. The Senior Sales executive will be responsible for leading and managing the sales leads, developing and implementing sales strategies, and building strong relationships with clients. Key responsibilities include identifying and pursuing sales opportunities, meeting revenue targets, monitoring market trends, preparing sales reports, and collaborating with internal teams to meet customer needs. The role also involves ensuring exceptional client satisfaction and expanding the company's market presence.

Qualifications

  • Sales and business development experience, including identifying opportunities, negotiating deals, and achieving revenue targets.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and lead a sales team effectively.
  • Knowledge of the granite industry, including an understanding of products, market trends, and customer needs.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder relationship management skills.
  • Skills in strategic planning and analysis to develop and implement sales strategies.
  • Proficiency in using sales tools, CRM software, and office applications.
  • Relevant qualifications, such as a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field; MBA is a plus.
  • Proven ability to work in a target-driven environment and thrive under pressure.
