Role Description

This is a full-time on-site position for a Senior Sales Manager / Senior Sales Engineer specializing in IBMS (Integrated Building Management Systems) & Automation. Based in Goa/Mumbai/Bangalore, the individual will lead sales efforts, build and manage client relationships, identify business opportunities, and oversee the development of tailored solutions within the IBMS and automation space. Responsibilities explicitly include networking with key stakeholders, managing sales pipelines, creating proposals, and contributing to product innovation through customer feedback. The role requires technical expertise, strong communication skills, and a strategic approach to securing and managing projects aligned with the company's goals.

Qualifications

• In-depth knowledge of IBMS, Building Automation Systems, CCTV , FAS , ACS and HVAC systems
• Experience in sales strategies, client prospecting, and customer relationship management
• Proficiency in technical sales, developing proposals, and solution-based selling
• Ability to analyze market trends, identify new business opportunities, and develop growth strategies
• Strong written and verbal communication, presentation, and negotiation capabilities
• Proven ability to manage projects, meet sales targets, and work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
• Prior experience working in IBMS and automation industries is highly desirable
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Technology, or a related discipline is required; a Master's degree is advantageous
