Qualification: -B.E. / B.Tech / MBA (preferred)
Budget: - 10Lpa - 15Lpa
What you'll do
- Drive C&I rooftop sales across UP, NCR, Punjab, Haryana, MP & Rajasthan — CAPEX, RESCO/PPA and finance-linked models
- Own large-ticket closures — lead commercial negotiations, proposal strategy and deal conversion end-to-end
- Build a strong pipeline through direct outreach, channel partners, consultants and industrial associations
- Develop go-to-market strategies for high-potential industrial clusters, state by state
- Hire & lead a regional team — set targets, run reviews, and drive execution discipline across locations
- Coordinate with engineering, procurement & finance teams for seamless lead-to-project handover
- Monitor market trends, policy changes (net metering, subsidies) and competitor activity to spot new opportunities
What we're looking for
- 5–10 years in Solar EPC sales, renewable energy, or industrial B2B — C&I rooftop experience is a strong plus
- Proven track record of closing high-value projects and driving consistent order booking
- Strong network with industrial owners, CFOs, plant heads, channel partners & consultants in the target region
- Deep knowledge of solar PV systems, net metering, PPA structures & regulatory frameworks
- Leadership experience — able to build and inspire multi-location sales teams
- Entrepreneurial mindset — ownership-driven, execution-focused, comfortable in a high-growth founder-led environment
- Willingness to travel extensively across North & Central India
