Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Chandigarh for a Senior Sales Manager/Sales Manager. The role involves developing and executing sales strategies, managing client relationships, and achieving sales targets. The candidate will identify business opportunities, lead a sales team, and provide mentorship for continuous growth. The role also requires frequent communication with customers to understand their needs and deliver tailored elevator solutions that align with their requirements.

  • Strong expertise in Sales, Business Development, and Account Management
  • Ability to develop and implement strategic sales plans aimed at achieving business growth
  • Exceptional Communication, Negotiation, and Leadership skills
  • Proficiency in Market Research and Competitor Analysis
  • Customer-centric approach and ability to build lasting professional relationships
  • Familiarity with the elevator and escalator industry is an advantage
  • Proven experience of managing and mentoring sales teams
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
