Hiring for a Sales Manager South Region to drive business growth and market expansion across South India. The role involves acquiring new customers, managing enterprise accounts, and driving end-to-end sales for RFID and EAS solutions across Retail, Manufacturing, Pharmaceutical, Warehousing, and Supply Chain industries.
Responsibilities
Drive business development and revenue growth across South India
Generate and manage strong enterprise sales pipeline
Handle end-to-end sales cycle from prospecting to closure
Conduct client meetings, presentations, and solution discussions
Build long-term relationships with customers and partners
Identify new market opportunities and strategic accounts
Work closely with pre-sales, operations, and technical teams
Participate in exhibitions, trade shows, and industry events
Prepare sales forecasts, reports, and market intelligence updates
Skills & Qualifications
Minimum 8+ years of sales experience
Proven experience in RFID or AIDC solution sales is mandatory
Strong exposure to South or West India markets
Strong network and C-suite connections within target industries
Experience in enterprise account management and business development
Strong understanding of Retail, Manufacturing, Pharmaceutical, and Supply Chain operations
Experience in technology or solution-based selling preferred
Exposure to Retail, Fashion, Jewellery, Consumer Electronics, Pharmaceutical, or Warehousing sectors
Strong consultative selling and relationship management capabilities
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
Ability to manage complex multi-stakeholder sales cycles
