Location: South India (Flexible Base Location)

Work Type: Full-Time

About The Role

  • Hiring for a Sales Manager South Region to drive business growth and market expansion across South India. The role involves acquiring new customers, managing enterprise accounts, and driving end-to-end sales for RFID and EAS solutions across Retail, Manufacturing, Pharmaceutical, Warehousing, and Supply Chain industries.

Responsibilities

  • Drive business development and revenue growth across South India
  • Generate and manage strong enterprise sales pipeline
  • Handle end-to-end sales cycle from prospecting to closure
  • Conduct client meetings, presentations, and solution discussions
  • Build long-term relationships with customers and partners
  • Identify new market opportunities and strategic accounts
  • Work closely with pre-sales, operations, and technical teams
  • Participate in exhibitions, trade shows, and industry events
  • Prepare sales forecasts, reports, and market intelligence updates

Skills & Qualifications

  • Minimum 8+ years of sales experience
  • Proven experience in RFID or AIDC solution sales is mandatory
  • Strong exposure to South or West India markets
  • Strong network and C-suite connections within target industries
  • Experience in enterprise account management and business development
  • Strong understanding of Retail, Manufacturing, Pharmaceutical, and Supply Chain operations
  • Experience in technology or solution-based selling preferred
  • Exposure to Retail, Fashion, Jewellery, Consumer Electronics, Pharmaceutical, or Warehousing sectors
  • Strong consultative selling and relationship management capabilities
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
  • Ability to manage complex multi-stakeholder sales cycles
  • Target-driven with strong ownership mindset
  • Open to extensive travel across regions
