Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in Hyderabad for a Senior Sales Manager. The Senior Sales Manager will be responsible for leading and managing the assigned territory, implementing sales strategies, and achieving revenue targets. Day-to-day tasks include identifying opportunities for business growth, building and maintaining relationships with clients, conducting market analysis, and presenting sales reports. The role will also involve mentoring and developing the market, ensuring alignment with company goals, and staying informed on industry trends.

Qualifications

  • Expertise in sales strategy development, business development, and client relationship management
  • Proficiency in market analysis, identifying growth opportunities, and achieving sales targets
  • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
  • Understanding of the hearing care or audio technology industry is a plus
  • Proven track record of driving revenue growth and achieving business objectives
  • Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or related field; MBA is preferred
