We are hiring an experienced Sales Manager In Real Estate for our growing real estate organization in Pune. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership capabilities, proven experience in scaling sales teams, and deep knowledge of the real estate market. This role requires strategic planning, team structuring, and driving revenue growth.
Key Roles & Responsibilities:
- Lead, manage, and scale the sales team with a clear reporting and performance structure
- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve company targets
- Handle end-to-end sales operations including channel partners, site visits, and closures
- Train, mentor, and motivate team members to improve productivity and conversions
- Monitor sales performance, prepare MIS reports, and analyze market trends
- Coordinate with marketing, CRM, and management teams for lead conversion and growth
- Ensure process compliance and maintain high customer satisfaction standards
- Also need to do site visits with different projects as per client requirement.
Qualification Criteria:
- Graduate / MBA in Sales, Marketing, or Business Management (preferred)
- Strong communication, negotiation, and leadership skills
- Ability to build systems, processes, and scalable team structures
Experience Required:
- Minimum 2+ years of experience in REAL ESTATE SALES only
- Mandatory experience as Sales Manager
- Proven track record of team handling, company scaling, and revenue growth
- Experience managing large sales teams and multiple projects is a must
