Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  • Own the end-to-end sales cycle: prospecting, solution pitching, contract closure, and revenue growth.
  • Understand data-driven jargon and functionalities.
  • Identify, engage, and convert enterprise and mid-market clients who need AI, data engineering, and technical team setup services.
  • Build and manage a high-performing sales pipeline with clear forecasting and predictable closures.
  • Negotiate commercial terms to ensure win-win outcomes for both clients and the company.

Partnership Development

  • Forge strategic partnerships with technology vendors (cloud, AI, data platforms), consulting firms, and ecosystem players.
  • Collaborate with partners on joint go-to-market initiatives, co-selling, and co-branding opportunities.
  • Build long-term relationships with C-level executives and decision-makers.

Strategy & Growth

  • Work with leadership to define sales strategy, target geographies, and vertical focus.
  • Track market trends in AI, agentic AI, and data engineering to identify new business opportunities.
  • Represent the company at conferences, industry events, and networking forums.

Requirements

  • 5-8 years of sales experience in IT services, consulting, or technology solutions; at least 3+ years in an IT service company.
  • Proven track record of closing a $1 million lead.
  • Strong understanding of AI/ML, agentic AI frameworks, data engineering, and cloud ecosystems.
  • Experience in selling team augmentation, managed services, or offshore/nearshore delivery models.
  • Existing CxO-level network across industries such as BFSI, Retail, Healthcare, or Technology.
  • Excellent negotiation, presentation, and communication skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment with global stakeholders.
