Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Manager located in Noida. The Sales Manager will be responsible for overseeing the sales team, developing sales strategies, setting sales targets, and ensuring their achievement. Daily tasks include managing client relationships, identifying and developing new business opportunities, preparing and presenting sales reports, and collaborating with other departments. The role involves maintaining knowledge of market trends and property offerings and training and mentoring sales staff.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in sales, business development, and client relationship management
  • Strong leadership skills, including team management and mentoring
  • Strategic planning and sales target setting abilities
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
  • Proficiency in using CRM software and Microsoft Office
  • Understanding of the real estate market and property trends
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a results-driven approach
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
  • Experience in the real estate industry is a plus
