JOB SUMMARY
For our esteemed Real Estate client City One Developers we are looking for an experienced and result-oriented Sales Manager with strong expertise in luxury residential real estate sales. The candidate should have excellent knowledge of premium housing projects, customer handling, site visit management, channel partner coordination, and sales closures. The ideal candidate must possess strong communication, negotiation, and team management skills with the ability to achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Candidates with prior experience in luxury and premium residential projects will be preferred.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Manage end-to-end sales activities for luxury residential projects.
- Handle walk-in clients, leads, and channel partner inquiries effectively.
- Conduct project presentations and site visits for prospective buyers.
- Convert leads into successful sales closures.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with channel partners, brokers, and clients.
- Achieve monthly, quarterly, and yearly sales targets.
- Guide and supervise the sales team to improve overall performance.
- Maintain proper follow-up with clients through CRM systems.
- Coordinate with marketing team for lead generation campaigns and promotional activities.
- Prepare sales reports, pipeline status, and revenue forecasts for management review.
- Ensure excellent customer experience throughout the sales process.
- Stay updated with market trends, competitor activities, and pricing strategies.
- Participate in property exhibitions, promotional events, and corporate presentations.
REQUIRED SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
- MBA in Sales/Marketing will be an added advantage.
- Minimum 6–8 years of experience in real estate sales.
- Mandatory experience in residential real estate projects.
- Experience in luxury/premium residential projects preferred.
- Strong understanding of real estate market trends and customer behavior.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage HNI clients and premium customer segments.
- Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office.
- Strong network with brokers/channel partners is an added advantage.
- Ability to work under pressure and achieve sales targets
