Key Responsibilities
Build strong sourcing funnels via HNIs, investors, wealth managers & channel partners.
Lead end-to-end sales closures: presentations, negotiations & documentation.
Manage MumbaiAlibag broker ecosystem and drive partner performance.
Track market trends and provide insights on pricing & buyer behaviour.
Maintain CRM discipline and deliver monthly/quarterly revenue targets.
What We're Looking For
612 years experience in luxury/second-home real estate sales & Willingness to travel
Proven track record in closures and managing HNI-focused funnels
Excellent negotiation, presentation & relationship-building skills.
Strong CP network in Mumbai preferred.
