Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Senior Sales Manager in the mortgages division, based in Thane. The Senior Sales Manager will oversee mortgage sales operations, drive revenue growth, and ensure the achievement of sales targets. The responsibilities include developing and implementing effective sales strategies, managing lead generation, establishing strong client relationships, and coaching team members to meet performance goals. The role also involves collaborating with cross-functional departments to improve customer experience and identifying market trends to enhance product offerings.
