Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Senior Sales Manager specializing in Loans Against Property, located in Thane, India. The Senior Sales Manager will be responsible for the acquisition of new clients, achievement of sales targets, and building relationships with key industry stakeholders. Day-to-day responsibilities include identifying opportunities within the SME sector, pitching financial products to potential customers, managing the end-to-end sales process, and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction. The candidate will also be responsible for meeting loan documentation requirements and regulatory compliance guidelines.
Qualifications
- Proven sales experience in the financial services industry, preferably in Loans Against Property, Business Loans, or other lending products
- Deep understanding of loan processes, credit analysis, and regulatory compliance
- Strong skills in client acquisition, relationship management, and account development
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal abilities
- Strong analytical skills for market assessment and identifying new business opportunities
- Ability to work independently, meet targets, and manage multiple tasks effectively
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field; MBA is preferred but not mandatory
- Prior experience in the Thane region with an understanding of local market dynamics is a plus
