Position Overview
The Senior Manager Sales - MICE will be responsible to lead and grow ITC Hotels Meetings, Incentives, Conferences and Exhibitions business by driving revenue, strengthening client partnerships, and positioning ITC Hotels as a preferred destination for large-format and high-value events.
Key Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Own the national MICE strategy and revenue targets across all ITC Hotels.
- Drive acquisition and retention of key corporate, government, and association clients.
- Work closely with hotel teams to ensure seamless planning, delivery, and guest experience for events.
- Develop innovative MICE offerings aligned with brand, sustainability, and luxury benchmarks.
- Lead pricing, contracting, and negotiations for large and strategic MICE accounts.
- Represent ITC Hotels at industry forums, trade shows, and key client engagements.
Key Requirements
- 1520 years of overall experience with a focus on MICE, corporate sales, or large-scale events in the hospitality segment.
- Strong commercial acumen with proven track record of revenue growth.
- Excellent stakeholder management and leadership skills.
- Deep understanding of the Indian MICE landscape.
The position will be based at the ITC Hotels Corporate Office - ITC Green Centre, Gurugram.
