About the Role:

As a Sales Manager, you will be the driving force behind lead generation and business growth within the machinery loan segment. You will focus on building strategic partnerships with standard OEMs (Machine Manufacturers/Suppliers) to ensure consistent monthly disbursements while maintaining a healthy portfolio through active collection management.

• 3+yrs of work experience in Machinery Loans is essential.
• Strong ability to connect with and manage OEM and DSA channels.

Responsibilities:

• OEM Relationship Management Regular visits to manufacturers and suppliers for lead generation.
• End-to-End Sales: Handling the process from file login to final disbursement.
• Target Achievement: Meeting monthly disbursement quotas consistently.
• Portfolio Management: Ensuring timely collection of cases and providing superior customer service.
