Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Senior Sales Manager, based in Ahmedabad, with some work from home flexibility. The Senior Sales Manager will be responsible for leading and managing the sales team, developing and implementing sales strategies, building and maintaining client relationships, and analyzing sales data to drive business growth. This role involves setting sales targets, mentoring team members, and coordinating with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction and achieve company goals.

• Experience in the Steel Manufacturing industry is a plus
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Master's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
