Job Description: Manager/ Sr Manager – Residential Sales
Location: Mumbai (Focusing on Kandivali & Malad Micro-markets) Industry: Real Estate Reports to: Sales Head / Director
Role Objective
We are seeking a high-energy, result-oriented Sales Professional to drive residential inventory sales in the Kandivali and Malad micro-markets. The ideal candidate will have deep local market knowledge and the cultural fluency to build strong rapport with the primary investor and home-buyer demographic in these areas.
Key Responsibilities
- Direct Sales: Lead the end-to-end sales process, from initial inquiry and site visits to negotiation and final closing.
- Micro-market Expertise: Leverage deep knowledge of the Kandivali and Malad regions to position projects effectively against local competition.
- Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective buyers, particularly within the Gujarati and Marwari communities, ensuring a high level of trust and service.
- Lead Conversion: Follow up on marketing leads and walk-ins promptly to maintain a healthy sales pipeline.
- Channel Partner Networking: Coordinate with local brokers and channel partners to increase site footfalls and market reach.
- Reporting: Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer feedback, and market trends in the CRM.
Candidate Profile
- Experience: 5+ years of experience in Residential Real Estate Sales within the Mumbai market.
- Language & Culture: Proficiency in Gujarati and/or Marwari is highly preferred to effectively communicate and build trust with the local target audience.
- Skills: Exceptional negotiation, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Network: An existing network of HNIs and active investors in North Mumbai is a significant advantage.
- Education: Graduate / MBA in Marketing or a related field.
