Role Description

The Senior Sales Manager is responsible for driving revenue growth, expanding market presence, and strengthening long-term client relationships. This role involves leading high-value sales initiatives, managing key accounts, and developing strategic sales plans aligned with the company's business objectives.

Qualifications

  • Excellent customer service and communication skills
  • Strong relationship management abilities
  • Knowledge of natural stone materials or related industry experience
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (MBA preferred)
  • 7+ years of proven sales experience, preferably in B2B, exports, or natural stone/building materials industry (International Sales)
  • Strong network with architects, developers, distributors, or international clients
  • Demonstrated ability to close high-value deals and manage long sales cycles

Key Duties and Responsibilities:

Travel extensively to the International markets (15-18 weeks annually) to target new business opportunities and foster client relationships.

Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and prospects in the International market.

Identify, generate, and qualify leads, managing the entire sales cycle from prospecting to closing.

Conduct in-person meetings, product presentations, and demonstrations with International based clients.

Negotiate contracts and close deals to achieve sales targets.

Collaborate with internal teams in India to ensure the seamless delivery of services and products to International clients.

Monitor International market trends and competitor activities to adapt sales strategies accordingly.

Provide regular reports on sales progress, market insights, and growth opportunities.
