Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Senior Sales Manager (Director) located in Mumbai. The Senior Sales Manager/Director will lead sales strategies to grow business partnerships, manage client relationships, and achieve revenue targets. Responsibilities include developing and executing sales plans, driving new business opportunities, working collaboratively with internal teams, and analyzing market trends to identify opportunities for business growth. The role also involves preparing sales reports, contributing to business development proposals, and delivering insights to the leadership team to inform strategic decisions.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in sales strategies, lead generation, and business/revenue growth
  • Expertise in client relationship management and negotiation skills
  • Understanding of cybersecurity products and services, including VAPT, GRC Consulting, and Cloud Security
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and team collaboration capabilities
  • Analytical and strategic-thinking skills, with an ability to interpret market trends
  • Degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or a related field; an MBA is a plus
  • Experience in managing sales teams and meeting/exceeding revenue targets
  • Familiarity with industry sectors such as BFSI, IT/ITES, and Healthcare is an advantage
  • Passion for innovative technology and its application in cybersecurity
