A Day In The Life

As a Senior Sales Manager, you'll be the high-octane leader turbocharging our sales and revenue activities with the Coca-Cola Bottling Group! Get ready to rev up relationships and power through developing retailers, distributors, and wholesalers in your territory. Your mission Boost top-line sales while keeping bottom-line profitability in check. You'll lead by example, firing up the Coca-Cola Organization at all levels to execute our game-changing plans and deliver knockout results.

The Impact You'll Make

  • Create, build, and maintain strategic partnerships with wholesalers, retailers, and distributors to grow the portfolio of Monster Energy products in the assigned territory.
  • Conceptualize a sales strategy then apply the strategy to target key markets and establish a dominant presence in the region. Develop and execute promotional programs and activities with key partners.
  • Monitor sales forecasts and budgets to achieve established goals and to deliver profitable growth for assigned region.
  • Oversee sales reporting obligations to include frequent sales updates, pricing surveys, etc.
  • Follow and report on products, category, innovation, market conditions, competitive activities, advertising, and promotional trends.
  • Work with internal departments to implement customer agreements, increase revenue, and address customer needs by working closely with senior management.
  • Identify opportunities to improve customer support and improve supply chain efficiencies.
  • Manage TDM (Trade Development Manager) Program, establish Key Performance Indicators (KPI)s to develop territory.

Who You Are

  • Prefer a Bachelor's Degree in the field of -- Business, Marketing , Finance or similar field of study. MBA is advantageous.
  • Additional Experience Desired: More than 7 years of experience in sales.
  • Additional Experience Desired: More than 7 years of experience in retail, wholesale or distributor sales environment.
  • Computer Skills Desired: Advanced user Microsoft (Excel, Word, and PowerPoint).
  • Additional Knowledge or Skills to be Successful in this role: Fluent English preferred. Prior experience managing direct reports.
