We are 24 Work Club. A premium co-working space entity with three buzzing centers across Gurugram in the most prime locations. With total of more than of 80,000 Sq. Ft area and around 1500 seats, the product is mindfully curated for businesses to envision their future with us. Having all amenities, we have more than 100 companies spread among all three centers who are growing and scaling their businesses in an environment which vibes.
We're looking for a Sales Manager who loves the chase, understands people, and knows how to turn conversations into contracts. We are looking for a Deal-Closer.
This role is for you if:
1. You intent to close deals, not just follow up.
2. You believe in beating the targets.
3. You can walk a founder through a space and help them see their future there.
4. You understand B2B sales, corporate clients, and decision-makers.
5. You believe selling is storytelling backed by numbers.
What you'll actually be doing:
1. Selling premium co-working solutions across 3 Gurugram prime locations, converting inbound leads, walk-ins, brokers, and corporate enquiries.
2. Pitching flexible offices to startups, SMEs & enterprises.
3. Owning the sales funnelfrom first call to signed agreement
4. Working closely with marketing & operations to win faster
