Job Summary: Sales will own execution, and monitoring of sales programs. The role ensures target achievement, incentive discipline, productivity, and consistency across cities and shifts. This is a hands-on execution role, working closely with center managers, Cluster Managers and City teams
Key Responsibilities:
Sales Performance Tracking & Reporting:
Track daily / weekly sales performance across all gyms
Monitor:
a. New memberships
b. Conversions
c. Renewals
Maintain accurate dashboards and MIS
Flag gaps, misses, and anomalies proactively
Monitor adherence to defined targets and slabs
Identify process breakdowns and work with center teams to fix them
Stakeholder Management
Act as the bridge between:
a. Sales teams
b. HR & Finance
c. Leadership
Conduct regular review calls with regional / cluster heads
