LeadSquared is expanding its BFSI sales leadership team in Mumbai. We're looking for a senior sales professional who understands BFSI buying cycles, can manage enterprise conversations, and drive revenue with ownership.
Role Overview
You will lead and grow BFSI accounts, manage complex sales cycles, and work closely with internal teams to scale revenue across banks, NBFCs, insurance, and financial services organizations.
Key Responsibilities
- Own and drive BFSI revenue for assigned accounts and regions
- Manage end-to-end sales cyclesfrom discovery to closure
- Build strong relationships with senior stakeholders and decision-makers
- Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities within existing accounts
- Collaborate with pre-sales, product, and customer success teams
- Forecast pipeline accurately and deliver against quarterly targets
Requirements
- 712+ years of B2B sales experience, with strong exposure to BFSI clients
- Proven experience selling SaaS, CRM, or enterprise tech solutions
- Strong negotiation, presentation, and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to handle long, consultative sales cycles
- Mumbai-based or willing to work from Mumbai
