About the Business Vertical – B2B
Third Wave Coffee operates a growing B2B business vertical, catering to the demand for coffee beans and end-to-end beverage solutions for Cafés, Restaurants, Offices, and Corporates. As we accelerate this vertical, we are building a dedicated team to scale partnerships, offerings, and revenue.
About the Role
We are looking for a high-energy, entrepreneurial professional to drive growth in our B2B business. This role will focus on expanding our market presence, onboarding new business clients, building partnerships, and owning revenue targets.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify gaps in current B2B offerings versus market needs and work on strengthening the portfolio
- Acquire, engage, and onboard B2B customers including cafés, restaurants, and corporate clients
- Drive topline growth and achieve assigned revenue targets for the B2B vertical
- Build and manage partnerships with vendors for coffee machines, equipment, and ancillary products
- Work closely with internal stakeholders across operations, supply chain, and marketing to ensure seamless delivery
- Operate effectively in a fast-paced, evolving, and unstructured environment
Who We're Looking For
- 6+years of experience in B2B sales / business development, preferably in coffee, beverages, FMCG, or Horeca space.
- Proven track record of achieving revenue or business growth targets
- Hands-on experience working in dynamic or unstructured environments
- Strong ability to build relationships with customers, vendors, and internal teams
- Entrepreneurial mindset with a problem-solving approach
